I stepped out onto a tiled patio on holiday in Spain nearly a decade ago. Bare feet. Twin blisters appeared on the soles. By the time we returned home it had spread. GP referred me and I was diagnosed with plantar psoriasis. I have osteoarthritis, - 2 hips and 1 knee replacement so far. That began in my late 20s. Hot weather is hell for my feet, cold is for my joints.
