Nail changes, (in psoriatic arthritis) are present in nearly 9 people in 10, (80% to 90%) this falls to 4 out of 10 (40%) of those with psoriasis alone.

Moderate psoriasis - around 200,000, about 3 out of 20 of those affected (15%).
Severe psoriasis - about 65,000 people, 1 out of 20 (5%)
